$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ <Why So Serious> Lotto Rules! $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Every so often we will hold an official guild lottery. This Lottery will help members obtain some money, and will replenish money back to the bank for Repairs, and other withdrawals. The rules are simple. Each ticket costs 1 Gold (may seem like a lot, but you can win a lot more). Each Ticket you purchase allows you to pick any number from 1 to 50 - All lotto numbers are a secret. If you have 3 tickets. You can pick 3 separate numbers, you will whisper your numbers to Krabbz, and he will keep track, once all members pick their numbers and have paid, Krabbz will do the official Roll. The winner will be the person who comes closes to the number within 5.

The Winning amount will be 1/2 the total amount of tickets purchased. 50% Goes to winners, and 50% goes to gBank.

Good Luck Everyone! --Krabbz

Guild Bank Rules - (About a Bank)

The Guild Bank is a cooperative venture designed to be used as a source of hard-to-find and useful items, and for sharing the wealth with lower level characters. Think of it as a community chest; it exists so that you can help your guildies and so that your guildies can help you. It is not a place to store junk, it is not a gold farm and it is not meant for any account or toon who is not a Guild member.

Bankers

The Officers are all "Bankers". They can - and should - remove any item at any time for disposition as they see fit. This will most often be because an item is deemed too common or unusable to take up room in the Bank. It may also be because an item - however rare or useful - has been unused for a long period of time. Removed items will be distributed to Guildies, disenchanted for mats, sold on the Auction House, sold to vendors or even traded for other items as appropriate. Traded items, mats from disenchantments or proceeds from removed items that are vended or sold on the Auction House will be deposited into the Bank.

Gear Deposits

PLEASE PUT STUFF YOU CAN SPARE INTO THE BANK TO HELP YOUR GUILDIES!
THAT’S WHAT IT’S THERE FOR!

We all run into drops of great items right after we’ve bought something better and five levels after we could have really used it. These are the kinds of things we need in the Bank.

Gear Withdrawals

PLEASE TAKE STUFF OUT OF THE BANK! THAT’S WHAT IT’S THERE FOR!

The worst thing that can happen with the Bank is that it gets filled because items remain unused. If you see an item and you can use it, then please help yourself.

After you take an item, please deposit the vendor value of that item into the bank. If you don’t have a way to show vendor value (i.e.: Auctioneer), then go to a nearby vendor and find out what he will pay you if you vend it. That is the amount you ‘owe’ into the Bank for that item.

Note: If you put an item into the bank for general use, you are expected to deposit the vendor value if you remove it later.

Note on ‘Farming’ the Bank: The Bank is not intended to provide you with cash. If you take an item, you are expected to personally use it. Depositing the vendor value of an item and then selling it on the auction house is unacceptable. Items from the Bank may be sold on the auction house, but that will be under the direction of a Guild Banker and all proceeds will be deposited.

Future Direction

Our current goal for the bank is to keep moving items in and out for the direct benefit of Guild members and to get enough money to buy more tabs. Any Guild member who has an idea for the Bank, please let an officer know.

Violators

Folks: this Guild is about friends and family members getting together to have fun. The bank is as open as it reasonably can be and we should all be able to trust that the items we put into the bank are benefitting our friends directly. Don’t violate the trust and good intentions of your friends by abusing the Bank.

Since this Guild is about friends and family and trust, anyone who violates the very simple rules and precepts of the Guild Bank will, reasonably, face expulsion from the Guild. There will be no locked rooms in this House; either you can be trusted will be welcomed, or you can’t and you won’t.
